No

Additional Questions:

4. Who is the current contractor performing this contract, and what is the yearly total value of the current/incumbent contract?

GEG Gebäudedienste GmbH , FA561318D0001/ FA560623F0112 -

5. Regarding the Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs schedule, does the sum of total area in the Quantity column represent the entire area of the facilities to be cleaned? Or Is there any facility listed twice due to different cleaning levels?

The entire area of the facilities is represented – see bid schedule

Can we get the Reference APPENDIX C - Floor Plans and Maps , because clear understanding of the total area of each section would be helpful to estimate the number of cleaners needed.

Appendix C has been posted as a 2nd amendment to the solicitation in SAM

6. Is it acceptable if the contractor has only ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, but not RAL-GZ-902 certification, given that our ISO certifications are specialized for facility management services? In case RAL-GZ-902 certification is a must can we submit within the proposal proof that acquiring the certificate is under process with a condition that certificate will be available upon award ?

ISO 9001 is sufficient – we changed PWS

7. Should the past performance form be sent directly to the Airforce by our client, or should it be attached to the proposal and sent by our company?

Instructions are listed in Attachment 2

1. Is it possible to conduct a site visit?

1. Could you also provide clarification about the QCP? In then PWS, Page 37 it mentions this is due with the proposal.

Quality Control Plan, must be provided by Vendor

2. Hazardous Material Identification, in the PWS- page 20, it states this is due with the proposal in both English and German upon contract award. Please clarify as it is understood that the English MSDS’ are provided with the proposal and the German version MSDS’ are due at contract award (not with the propsal).

Need to be provided with Proposal – PWS will be changed.

Please clarify the working hours for each shift per building.

Cleaning only during normal working hours 0730-1630 Monday - Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Per PWS 4.15, "The contract manager or alternate shall be available during normal duty hours to meet on the installation within 1 hour with the government personnel designated by the CO to discuss problem areas." Does this mean that the contracting manager and alternate are not required to be on-site?
