Q1) What is the amount of the past award and number of options years for this, if any?
A) Base year of $36,960.00 plus 4 options years; total awarded amount $184,800.00.
Q2) What is the name of the past awardee in case there is a past award information?
A) Military Community Youth Ministries.
Q3) What was the past contract number?
A) FA5570-12-C-0004
Q4) Is there an incumbent in place?
A) No
Q5) Is this considered a part time position where the candidate can still do other employment work aside from this position?
A) This is a contract. The contractor determines how many hours to work to ensure they meet the performance requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
Q6) How many hours per week should the candidate render for this soliciation?
A) The contractor determines how many hours to work to ensure they meet the performance requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
Q7) What equipment will the contractor be expected to provide?
A) The contractor shall coordinate with Chapel Staff to arrange/organize all equipment provided by the
Government.
Q8) Other than any that may be provided in the PWS, what materials will the contractor provide?
A) The contractor shall coordinate with Chapel Staff to arrange/organize all materials, provided by the
Government.
Q9) Will the contractor be expected to purchase training materials, retreat materials, party or event materials?
A) The contractor would not be required to purchase any material out of his/her personal monies as long as it meets the qualifications listed in AFI 52-105, Appendix III of the PWS. Birthday parties for example would not be a justification to spend CTOF or APF funds because it's not specific to the program.
Q10) What type of transportation will the contractor be expected to provide (price)?
A) Transportation will be provided upon request by the contractor to the Chapel Staff.
Q11) What is entailed under the term "other items and services"?
A) This will be removed from the PWS.
Q12) On the solicitation, the paragraph identified as Part II-Technical Proposal (page 7) states that the technical proposal is limited to no more than 10 pages". However, Part II, Technical Proposal, para (c), 3(a) (v), page 8. states that the technical proposal "...is limited to no more than 50 pages". Can you please clarify?
A) This is a typo. The documentation to submit as evidence for the Technical proposal is limited to no more than 10 pages.
Q13) Are resumes considered in the Technical Proposal page count?
A) Yes
Q14) Should the resumes and past performance be submitted under separate cover from the Technical
Proposal?
A) No, as they are part of the technical proposal.
Q15) Is there presently a Youth Coordinator, either as a volunteer or paid, in the position?
A) No.

A) Not applicable.
