About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details Wi-Fi services for the 36th Civil Engineer Squadron's Unaccompanied Housing dormitories at Andersen Air Force Base in 2025. The contract requires providing unlimited data wireless internet access 24/7 across four dormitory buildings (Kosrae, Tinian, Palau, and Rota Halls), with a minimum sustained bandwidth of 200.0 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload speeds, covering the Dorm Managers Offices.

The contract has a base 12-month period with four 12-month option years and a potential six-month discretionary extension. The contractor must procure, install, and maintain all necessary equipment, provide on-site and remote technical support between 0730-1530 hours daily, and coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact for any service disruptions. The PWS also accounts for potential dormitory renovations, allowing for temporary disconnection and reconnection of Wi-Fi services on a building-by-building basis, with invoicing based on actual service months rendered.
