LINE QUESTION/INQUIRY GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

1 Could you please confirm whether the specified

BTU rating for the portable air conditioners should be based on the ASHRAE standard or the

SACC (Seasonally Adjusted Cooling Capacity) standard? This will help us ensure we propose units that fully comply with your technical requirements, as the model options may vary significantly depending on which standard is used.

Ratings are based on building electrical limits and square footage of the room (up to 300 sq ft). The requirement is for 6,000-8,000 BTU (SACC rating).

2. Before proceeding, I would like to confirm whether

DFARS 252.225-7000 and DFARS 252.225-7001 apply to this solicitation, specifically regarding

Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliance. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Please refer to the solicitation (Attachment – 3

Clauses and Provisions) for the applicable clauses and provisions.

3. Could you please confirm whether delivery is considered complete once the units are unloaded at Building 21005? We would like to verify whether any additional labor is expected, such as placing each AC unit individually within the building, or if unloading at the specified location fulfills the requirement.

Yes, delivery is complete.
