About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the procurement of 36 portable air conditioners with dehumidifiers for Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The air conditioning units must have specific technical requirements, including a cooling area of up to 300 sq. ft., 6,000-8,000 BTU capacity, 110V-120V power supply, dehumidifying capabilities, and an Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of 10 or higher. The Honeywell HMOCESAWK6-8/HM4CESAWKO model is provided as an example, with similar units acceptable.
The contract requires delivery to Building 21005 at Andersen AFB within 180 days after receipt of order (ARO). Contractor responsibilities include procuring all necessary items, personnel, and equipment, organizing and placing items at the agreed location, and ensuring the portable ACs do not obstruct entry/exit doors, utility panels, fire safety equipment, or access to office equipment. Government representatives will inspect and test each unit before acceptance. The contractor must provide standard commercial warranties and will be liable for any damages caused during delivery. The project will operate during normal duty hours (0730-1530, Monday-Friday), with a point of contact required to respond on-site within 1 hour during duty hours.
