About this file

This document is an Antiterrorism Awareness pamphlet for contractors working at Edwards Air Force Base (AAFB), providing comprehensive guidance on recognizing and reporting potential terrorist threats. The document details Force Protection Conditions (FPCON) ranging from Normal to Delta, outlining specific security measures for each threat level, and instructs contractors on what suspicious activities to report, including surveillance, elicitation, security tests, supply acquisition, and suspicious personnel movements.

Key reporting procedures include providing one's name, location, and contact information when detecting suspicious activity, with specific instructions to remain in place until contacted by Security Forces. The document emphasizes the importance of vigilance, describing terrorists as individuals potentially motivated by religious, political, or ideological beliefs who use violence to instill fear. Contact information is provided for the AAFB Antiterrorism Office and Base Defense Operations Center, with a clear directive of "Watch, Report, Protect" to enhance base security.
