FA524024R0010 – NWF Hangar 1 & 2 Demolition Services Attachment 9 – Site Visit Instructions

SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS

WHO: Interested parties (limited to no more than three personnel per company/vendor/party)

WHAT: Pre-proposal Site Visit

WHEN: TBD

WHERE: All parties are to meet at the 36th Contracting Squadron’s Main Conference Room located in the Consolidated Support Center at Building 22026 Andersen AFB, Guam 96929 *Main entrance shares a parking lot with the Andersen AFB Commissary.

WHY: In accordance with FAR 52.237-1, Offerors or quoters are highly encouraged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

HOW: Special instructions for base access as follows.

Offerors with Base Access: Send a request via email to the contracting POCs listed below for personnel attending the site visit. The list must contain each person’s full name (LAST, FIRST, and MIDDLE initial) and their respective position no later than Friday, 02 August 2024, by 12:00pm noon (ChST). Be sure to state in the email that attendees currently have base access.

Report directly to Building 22026 at 0900 ChST (Local). All attendees must meet installation access requirements to attend. (Link is provided below).

Offerors without Base Access: Send a request via email to the contracting POCs listed below for each personnel attending the site visit. The list must contain each personnel’s LAST, FIRST, and MIDDLE name and their respective position no later than Friday, 02 August 2024, by 12:00pm noon (ChST). Be sure to state in the email that attendees currently DO NOT have base access. Attendees needing base access must report to the AAFB North Gate Visitors Center at 0830 ChST (Local) on the day of the site visit as they may be sponsored in based on the outcome of their security check. All attendees must meet installation access requirements to attend (Link is provided below).
