Key changes in the amendment include replacing statements of work and technical specifications, revising pricing schedules and options to align with a new January 2024 performance start, and updating proposal preparation instructions and attachments. Electronic bids are due through PIEE by the specified deadline. The Department of the Air Force is the contracting agency. Offerors must meet all requirements including past performance submissions and demonstrate bonding capacity. A pre-proposal site visit will be held on the specified date for interested vendors.
