The document provides two key clarifications on environmental control specifications for the waste accumulation point structure. First, regarding climate control and ventilation requirements, the government clarified that mechanical ventilation is required, with air conditioning listed as preferred but not mandatory. Second, addressing dimensional constraints, the government indicated that alternative ventilation designs with fans installed inside individual rooms are acceptable, provided that bidders specify the dimensions of any internal fan installations for planning purposes. These responses indicate flexibility in design approach while maintaining specific environmental control performance standards and requiring transparency regarding spatial implications of proposed solutions.
