About this file
Attachment 3 - NEW Contractor Responsibility is a detailed form for the RFQ#FA520925Q0057 Aircraft Corrosion Prevention Cleaning Services for Yokota Air Base, Japan. The document requires potential contractors to self-certify their capabilities across multiple critical areas, including: no prior contract terminations, adequate financial resources, physical presence in Japan, relevant performance history, production capabilities, technical equipment, organizational structure, and ability to comply with environmental standards. Contractors must affirm their ability to store cleaning supplies in approved hazardous storage lockers, comply with US and Japanese environmental regulations, and potentially use subcontractors or joint ventures.
The form includes checkboxes for contractors to indicate their compliance with various requirements, such as having financial resources to replace damaged equipment, maintaining a local facility in Japan, and possessing the technical skills necessary to perform aircraft corrosion prevention cleaning services. Contractors must sign and date the document, certifying the accuracy of their responses and committing to notify the government of any changes before contract award. The solicitation is part of a broader procurement for services at Yokota Air Base, with a performance period from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, and potential for four additional one-year options.
