25 7/9/2019 General VAV control

We found that DDCs for AHU control are communicating with the VAV controllers. However the VAV control is not in the scope of the project.

Because of this, if we replaced the AHU part with a new DDC system, this should cause problems as season changeover in the VAV side would not work.

Besides, the communication protocol of the VAVs is Azbil(ex Yamatake) proprietary we cannot simply integrate them into a new system in the field.

Could you advise if we should include the VAV parts in the scope?

8/6/2019 VAV item is listed in Appendix A and C. VAV unit may be replaced or reused. (SOW II.E.1.b.)
