A: Voltage will be 120/208 Wye

Q. What is the distance from the government provided electrical power source to the booth control panel? To the contactor supplied compressor?

A: Please see the attached Composite Maintenance Electrical Panel PDF.

Q. Contractor is responsible for connection from power source to the control panel? To the compressor?

A: Yes

Q. What is the distance from the compressor to the paint booth?

A: Contractor provided air compressor. Can be placed next to paint booth.

Q. Who is responsible for the Air permits for the paint booth?

A: Below is what Bio Environmental provided me with. They also have the two attached documents.

Regarding painting facility, there are emission standards if the ventilation capacity is applicable. Please find attached 2016 JEGS and see C2.3.11 Volatile Organic Compound and also table C2.T10. The applicable AFI, AFI 32-7040 is also attached.

Since Japan is not under EPA, the base is not required to get a permit from either EPA or Japanese authority. However, the base still reports air emission reports through its designated air program to the Air Force. The base bio department checked ventilation capacity at all painting facilities on base, but none of them exceeds 100,000m3/hr, so the base is not taking any air emission sampling from any of those.
