Question
Reference PWS para 1.5.10. - Will storage space be provided for the parts (annual maintenance) and materials?
Answer
Yes. We can lend some extra space in the co-generation plant area to the

contractor. But it is space for materials only during overhaul and quarterly maintenance. There will not be a shed and/or warehouse provided for storage of materials. We are not sure at this point whether the space will be indoor or outdoor of the co-generation plant. Storage site will be decided by detail coordination with plant operator and COR after the contract award but before the start-up of the performance.

Answer
The contractor can use the conference area (include desks and chairs)
