Amendment 2 Questions & Answers

RFQ FA520519QMG09

Deployment-related Health Assessment (DRHA)/Mental Health Assessment (MHA) Provider for 35th Medical Group, Misawa AB, Japan

1. Both the Base Year and each subsequent Option year has a separate CLIN for "Overtime Hours for DRHA/MHA Provider Services IAW the terms and conditions of the Paragraph 7 of the PWS" However, there is no pre populated number in the Qty column for number of overtime hours and the PWS Paragraph 7 is very vague with any description of overtime being required. Are you able to provide any direction on the quantity of overtime hours you are anticipating or how many hours to put in the quantity column? Or, are you simply looking for an estimate of how much the contractor will cost per overtime unit?

A. This is an administrative error. As the PWS states “If additional hours are worked, the Government may reduce future scheduled hours to maintain a 40 hour work week average,” no overtime is required for this service. All CLINS for Overtime Hours; CLIN 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002 have been removed.

2. My candidate had questions about logistical support/SOFA Status, does this include access to DODD’s Schools and base medical facility for contractor’s family at no extra expense to staffing company or their employee.

A. See following para of PWS.

14.5.12. Medical services for emergency care only on a reimbursable basis

14.5.13. Dental services for emergency care only on a reimbursable basis

14.5.15. DoD Dependent School on a space-available, tuition-paying basis

14.5.16. Continuing education programs on a space-available basis
