About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Tinian Solid Waste FY25 federal contract opportunity. The Q&A addresses three key questions from potential offerors: (1) confirmation that solid waste disposal from Tinian to the Saipan landfill is permitted by the CNMI government (answered affirmatively), (2) clarification that the requirement does not involve HAZ-MAT waste collection or disposal (with only one 8CY dumpster required), and (3) a statement that while a JRM CNMI HAZMAT requirement record is not immediately necessary, such documentation will be provided upon contract award if requested. The document is associated with a solicitation by the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces, with the 513th Expeditionary Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers (ERHS) seeking solid waste disposal services for Tinian, CNMI, with a proposed performance period from 20 June 2025 to 19 June 2027.

a. Requirement does not contain HAZ-MAT.

3. Please provide a copy of JRM CNMI HAZMAT requirement record, for reference, to include applicable safety data sheet and Form AF 3952.
