The purpose of this amendment is to: Block 14 (Description of Amendment/Modification):

Contract Description

The general scope of this project includes installing a power distribution network that will utilize the existing GVEA 25kV lines and providing the following electrical services at the DTA and GROS sites: three 500kVA, 480VAC on three locations, one 225kVA, 480 VAC, and one50kVA, 120/208 VAC WYE. The power distribution network at the DTA site will need to be able to provide underground services from the existing GVEA lines to each of the four sites. Underground fiber optic lines will need to be installed to connect the three operation pads to the maintenance facility. The GROS site power services will all be above ground service from the existing GVEA lines.

Questions are due no later than 17 August 2022 at 2:00PM AKST. All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation and posted to the SAM.gov website. All questions must be emailed to Kerry Kirby at kerry.

IAW FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID submissions will be accepted. Bids must be submitted via email to both of the following emails listed above.

A. The NAICS code is 237130 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5M.

B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW

E. The contract completion date is 385 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The Requirements text has been modified to:

The Joint Pacific Range Complex is adding modern threat emitters which require improvements and will expand the power infrastructure at the DTA location near Ft Greely, Alaska.

The work at the DTA shall include but is not limited to:

Two 500 kVA transformers, one 50kVA transformer, one 225kVA transformer, and all associated hardware.

Provide underground power service and fiber optic cable at the DTA site.

The transformers will be ground mounted and require a new concrete pad. A utility vault will also be required.

The power drop should be located on the same concrete pad as the transformer.
