About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Aircraft Smoke Oil issued by the U.S. Air Force (673d CONS). The procurement requires 37 drums of smoke oil for delivery no later than August 6, 2026, with a performance period of August 6-10, 2026. Quotes must be submitted by email to SrA Brian Chambers (brian.chambers.5@us.af.mil) and SSgt Tyler Merson (tyler.merson@us.af.mil) no later than 10:00 am AKST on Friday, June 26, 2026, and shall remain effective for 30 days following submission. All quotes must include a unit price and extended amount for the smoke oil line item, shipping costs (which are included in the price), and credit amounts for clean, unused, and unopened drums to be returned, with options for per-drum credits or tiered quantity-based credits.

This is a total small business set-aside, meaning only quotes from small business concerns are eligible for award consideration. Award will be made to the vendor offering best value based on technical acceptability and fair and reasonably priced quotes, contingent upon contractor responsibility determination. Mandatory requirements include current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), capacity for electronic invoicing through WAWF, and delivery on an FOB Destination basis with all prices all-inclusive. Respondents must provide company information, UEI number, CAGE code, point of contact, payment terms, delivery date, warranty information, and tax identification number.
