About this file
The document is a Questions and Answers attachment for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Air Travel Cases for Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. Key clarifications from the Q&A include confirmation that cases must strictly adhere to the specified dimensions, will be delivered empty for government outfitting, and no internal foam inserts, dividers, or tool organizers are required. The procurement is issued by the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces, with quotes to be submitted FOB destination and a 75-day lead time after receipt of order. Vendors must submit questions to specified Air Force contacts (Cyrena Chairvolotti and SSgt Tulay Urganci) by 4:00 PM EST on 19 September 2025.
