About this file
This document is a Construction Site Visit Minutes record for Solicitation No. FA4897138Q0006, dated 1/6/76, detailing key specifications and requirements for a construction project. The document provides critical installation guidelines for fire alarm systems, including panel placement restrictions (cannot be placed over expansion joints), and clarifies that permanent fixtures may be removed to accommodate panel installation, except for the electrical box.
The minutes also specify additional technical and procedural requirements, such as a 14-day completion window for patch and paint work on each floor, and flexibility in fire alarm strobe placement (wall or ceiling), with the mandate that old strobes/alarms must be patched and painted. The document includes two attendance tables listing participants from various companies and departments, suggesting this is a collaborative site visit involving multiple stakeholders in the construction process.
