Block 4: Report shall be provided using MS Office suite and posted on contractor’s website. Contractor shall notify the Government via Email once report is posted.
Block 5: Contract reference PWS paragraphs 4.1.6.5.
The contractor shall develop and implement a CEMCP IAW technical orders, standards set in 4.1.5.1, applicable manuals, and WRM operational guidelines. The contractor shall administer CEMCP policies/procedures, instructions and implement the plan at all operating locations. The CEMCP shall identify the procedures used to document, schedule, and execute maintenance actions and logistics tasks to ensure all facilities and equipment are operated and maintained IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The CEMCP shall include procedures for scheduling, performing, and documenting Emergency, Urgent and Routine corrective maintenance (CM), Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO), corrosion control program, and government-approved modifications. The CEMCP shall include a master listing of all PMI tasks with task references for all CE, RP, RPIE, and RPSE, as well as an annual PMI schedule. It shall also contain job plans/instructions and associated manhours for performing the PMI tasks.
PMI tasks in the annual schedule shall be categorized by site, facility, system, equipment, and frequency of inspection. The contractor shall extend and comply with the maintenance schedule in place from the previous contract until the initial submittal and approval of the CEMCP.
Block 8: The document will be accepted/rejected by the Government within 30 business days after receipt. Contractor shall revise and resubmit the document within 10 business days after receipt unless otherwise directed by the CO.
Block 9: Distribution authorized to U.S. Government agencies only (administrative or operational data, 22 May 07). Other requests for this document shall be referred to HQ ACC AMIC/PKC.
Block 10/11/13: The projected annual PM schedule shall be based on fiscal year and submitted annually by 15 August for CO approval. The contractor shall review and update their plans IAW with the approved QMS. All proposed revisions and/or amendments to the CEMCP shall be approved by the CO prior to implementation. Submit to the CO for approval NLT 10 business days after revisions and/or amendments.
