If the carpet is to extend under the frame work, is the removal and replacement of the booths considered a separate work operation, i.e. Means pricing, or subsidiary, i.e. no separate pricing element, to the cost of installing the carpet?

Answer: The carpet will only butt against the benches. There is no need to remove and replace benches.
