About this file
This is Amendment A00007 to solicitation FA487725R0001 from the 355th Contracting Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, issued to clarify the point accumulation calculation for past performance ratings in the SABER IDIQ procurement.
The amendment provides detailed scoring guidance for CPARS categories (Quality, Schedule, Management, and Regulatory Compliance) where each submitted work sample receives points based on ratings: Exceptional (3,000 points), Very Good (1,500 points), Satisfactory (100 points), Marginal (-500 points), or Unsatisfactory (-1,000 points). The total score for each work sample is the sum of points across all four categories. Two detailed examples are provided - one work sample with all Exceptional ratings totaling 12,000 points, and another with mixed ratings totaling 4,100 points. The amendment confirms that either CPARS ratings or completed Past Performance Questionnaires can be used as evidence of past performance.
