Mobile Office Lease & Generator Rental

1) Question: What will these trailers be used for? Our trailers have furniture built into it designed more for office space.
a. Answer: The uses of the trailers will vary from standard office use to storage of equipment. Individual units assigned to each mobile office utilize the space as they see fit. Generic open bay offices would suit our needs best. However, you may include floor plans or diagrams for the trailers in your quote to ensure they meet our needs.
2) Question: The generators need a certified electrician to plug in. Does the base have an electrician on site or should we add electrician to our quote/proposal?
a. Answer: In accordance with paragraph 2. (b) of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contractor will perform installation, connect/disconnect generators, and ensure fully operational and capable of maintaining electrical power for above mentioned mobile offices in place during the exercise.
b. In accordance with paragraph 2.1 paragraphs e. f. and g. of the PWS, contractors shall perform the following:
i. Connection/Disconnection (of generators) to and from mobile offices
ii. Mobilization/ Set-Up for mobile offices and generators
iii. Mobilization/ Tear-Down for mobile offices and generators
3) Question: Is there an electrical layout required?
a. Answer: Pending government response.
4) Question: What is the required capacity of electrical panels?
a. Answer: Pending government response.
5) Question: Will data/communication ports be needed?
a. Answer: Pending government response.
6) Question: If so, in which building, how many and who is responsible for connection?
a. Answer: Pending government response.
7) Question: Are ADA ramps required or will stairs be sufficient?

8) Question: Is skirting wood material and installation onsite a requirement for all 37 buildings?

9) Question: Does KTR need to remove the hitches for any of the 37 buildings once installed onsite?
