A site visit for this project is being held 21 May 2020, at 0900 Local Arizona Time. Due to the COVID-19 The Purpose of This Amendment Is:

Disease only two (2) individuals from each prime contractor will be authorized to attend the site visit. In accordance with CDC Guidelines all individuals are required to wear a cloth face covering (not provided by Davis-Monthan AFB) while entering and visiting Davis-Monthan AFB.

Persons not properly wearing a face covering during the site visit will be asked to leave the base. The following information MUST be submitted to Melanie Dewing, melanie.dewing@us.af.mil NLT 14 May 2020 at 1200 pm Local Time. Guest's LEGAL Name (Last, First, MI), Driver's License and State of Issuance, DOB's, SSN, Country of Citizenship (if not USA do they have a permanent resident card).

Even if a contractor has access to Davis-Monthan AFB, they MUST contact Ms. Dewing above to be added to the special event roster. If you do not, YOU WILL NOT ATTEND THE SITE VISIT NO ACCEPTIONS.

RFI's will need to be submitted NLT 26 May 2020 to melanie.dewing@us.af.mil .

52.204-8 - Annual Representations and Certifications. Dec 2019 hereby reads as follows:

As prescribed in 4.1202(a), insert the following provision:

Annual Representations and Certifications (Dec?2019) (a)

(1) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220.

(2) The small business size standard is $16.5 Million

(3) The small business size standard for a concern which submits an offer in its own name, other than on a construction or service contract, but which proposes to furnish a product which it did not itself manufacture, is 500 employees.

(1) If the provision at 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is included in this solicitation, paragraph (d) of this provision applies.
