About this file

This is a Q&A document for the Grassy Ponds Floating Docks project at Moody Air Force Base that addresses four key questions about the requirements. The document clarifies that while there is no specific minimum weight limit for the floating docks, they must support multiple people walking, fishing, and boat loading/unloading activities. The only required engineering documentation is as-built drawings upon contract completion.

The Q&A specifies that dock repairs must be performed on-site rather than off-site, and establishes Net 30 payment terms for the work. This document supplements the main solicitation which involves replacing three floating docks and repairing three others at Grassy Pond and Mission Lake for the 23d Force Support Squadron.
