Paragraph A 6. of Volume I Organization states that each page containing proprietary information should be marked. Paragraph A.7. of Volume I Organization states the the following legend should be entered on each sheet: SOURCE SELECTION INFORMATION --SEE FAR 2.101 AND 3.104 FOR OFFICICAL USE ONLY.
Are Paragraphs A.6. and A 7. the same or something different.
Can the required legend be place on one sheet that makes it applicable for the entire proposal? It is very difficult to enter on the SF 1442, project schedule, Attachment 13, and other sheets in the proposal.
Generally, the page numbers and TAB identification are place in the footnote of proposal sheets which will conflict with the legend. Your consideration for this would be greatly appreciated.

Paragraph 6 and 7 are not the same. Paragraph 6 is talking about proprietary information you don't want released to the public, while Paragraph 7 is talking about source selection information which is not releasable to anyone unless authorized.
You can place the required legend on one sheet that makes it applicable to the entire proposal.
