About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation FA480926Q0067, issued by the 4th Consolidated Squadron at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, on August 19, 2026.
The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline from August 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST to August 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. The solicitation number is updated from FA480926Q00670001 to FA480926Q00670002. The amendment posts questions and answers received during the solicitation period and updates three contract clauses: FAR 52.216-18 (Ordering), FAR 52.216-19 (Order Limitations), and FAR 52.216-22 (Indefinite Quantity). Clause 52.216-18 is modified to August 2020 version, specifying that delivery or task orders may be issued from the first day through the last day of the contract period via mail, fax, or electronic transmission. Clause 52.216-19 establishes a minimum order threshold of $2,500.00 and maximum order limits of $250,000.00 for single items or combinations of items. Clause 52.216-22 confirms this is an indefinite-quantity contract with estimated quantities only, requiring the Government to order at least the minimum quantity specified in the Schedule and the Contractor to furnish supplies or services up to the maximum quantity designated. Contractors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the extended deadline through submission of a signed copy, acknowledgment on offer copies, or separate written communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. The contracting officer is JASON A. ENDICOTT, TSgt, USAF, and the contract is administered by FA4809 4th Consolidated Squadron.
