About this file

This document is an Amendment to Solicitation (Standard Form 30) for a federal construction contract. The amendment modifies two key dates for the solicitation FA480325R0022 for constructing mini mute threat emitter sites at Georgetown County Airport: questions are now due by Tuesday, 1 July 2025 at 2:00 PM EST, and proposals are due by Wednesday, 30 July 2025 at 2:00 PM EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically through SAM.gov or via email to specific Air Force contracting personnel if SAM.gov submission fails.

The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside for construction services (NAICS 238910) with a project value between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The project involves establishing two remote radar threat emitter sites and one personnel trailer at Georgetown County Airport in South Carolina, with a performance period not to exceed 210 calendar days after notice to proceed. Offerors must submit a technical proposal addressing estimate explanation, technical approach, and past performance, with specific requirements for page length, formatting, and content details for each section.
