ITEM CONTRACT QUANTITY
DESCRIPTION LINE ITEMS
TOTAL_______________________________________________________________

In the event there has been unauthorized use of foreign-flag vessels in the performance of this contract, the Contracting Officer is entitled to equitably adjust the contract, based on the unauthorized use.
