FA4801-15-R-0029 Q&A’s 898 Paintbooth Retrofit Question: Need to know the details of the existing fan/motor combinations on the existing booths. Specifically, need to know each fan size, motor size and the function of the pair. i.e.: 35” Tube axial fan with a 7.5hp motor - exhaust motor
Answer: Each booth has 1 24000 CFM Exhaust Fan which is 30hp and has 42” Fan. Each booth has 2 recirculation fans which are 75hp ea.
Clariffication Request: Regarding the Q&A’s, we understand that the removal and re-installation of the filters is the responsibility of the contractor, however, the disposal of these filters, as a hazardous waste generated at Holloman, must be the responsibility of Holloman. Please confirm that Holloman will provide the necessary storage/transport containers and provide ultimate disposal service.
Answer: Holloman will provide the HAZMAT boxes and dispose of the filters.
