About this file

This FAQ document addresses questions about port-a-john services for the 2025 JBLE Air Show. The requirement includes 32-foot trailers with 3 stalls each (designated as Distinguished Visitor restrooms), requiring water tanks and sinks in each stall but no urinals. The government will provide generators and power, and contractors must service the units once daily either before or after the event. Operating hours are 0800-1600 for contractors.

Key operational details specify that contractors must remain on-site to restock supplies throughout each day, with previous contractors positioning trucks at each port-a-john bank due to pedestrian traffic limitations. The FAQ clarifies that single-sided Polly John III units are required, and due to staging requirements, trailers must be 32 stalls per trailer with limited flexibility for alternatives. This solicitation (FA4800-25-Q-A035) will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis under NAICS 562991, with a size standard of $9.0 Million.
