About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a construction project at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) in Langley, VA. The project, numbered MUHJ 25-4026, involves repairing the building envelope of Facility 703, with specific focus on wall repairs including fiberglass reinforced wall panels and a screen wall around a courtyard. Amendment 0002, dated 22 August 2025, extends the bid due date to 29 August 2025 at 2:00 pm ET and provides clarifications on two bidder questions regarding wall finishes and screen wall reconstruction.
Key requirements include submitting required certifications and credentials (such as HAZWOPER, CPR, and OSHA) with the bid, with non-submission rendering the bid unacceptable. The solicitation is issued by the 633d Contracting Squadron/PKB, with points of contact Callie Compton and Adrian Galvis. The amendment also notes that experience requirements for the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Quality Control Manager/Site Safety and Health Officer in Section L supersede those in the specifications.
