I am assuming this means that we need to have the pricing information in both Volume I and Volume III.

A1: Volume I is:

A signed copy of the SF 1449 from an individual legally authorized to bind the offeror, and complete blocks 12, 17, and 30. In the event any amendments (SF 30) to the solicitation are issued, a signed copy of each amendment shall be placed before the solicitation in order starting with the most recent amendment issued. The signed solicitation and any solicitation amendments shall be submitted within Volume I – Cover Page.

The Offerors Cover Page shall include the following information:

1. Offeror’s name, address, and contact information

2. Date of proposal and validity date

3. Cage Code

4. UEI

Volume III is:

Offer propose and insert a whole dollar unit price, with no decimal places, for each firm-fixed-priced (FFP) Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN). The FFP CLINs, which shall be populated, are located in the Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section of the SF 1449.

The prices shall be expressed as quantities multiplied by the unit price which equals the extended amount for each FFP CLIN.

Data beyond that required by this instruction shall not be submitted unless it is essential to document or support the Offeror’s price position. All data relating to the proposed price, including all required supporting documentation, must be included in the Price Volume, Volume III. Under no circumstances shall this data and documentation be included elsewhere in the proposal.
