About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Amendment 1 of a Laundry Cleaning Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation for Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF).
The solicitation is a recompete for laundry cleaning services currently performed by Ingrams Cleaners. The estimated service volume reaches upwards of 4,500 items per week during busy periods, with workload estimates based on the last month of activity as operations are ramping up due to increased mission needs. For buildings 7420, 7421, and 7403, clean linen must be delivered no later than 4:00 PM on each delivery day, though linen collection occurs after 2:00 PM to allow workers adequate time to strip rooms. Key compliance requirements include washing linens in accordance with Air Force standards, segregating linens from other laundry, and prohibiting the use of bleach on linens. The government reserves the right to conduct unannounced facility visits to verify contractor compliance with these requirements.
