Question 1: Will there be a site visit?
Answer: Site Visit is scheduled for the 31st of August at 1300 hours.
Question 2: There is no documentation, map or table that defines the installation requirements. I don't know if it's 200 feet or 200 miles of fiber so would the Government please consider including any pictures, maps and/or designs with distances available to better understand the project?
Answers: The specific miles to each of the Remote Sites are as follows, and are from the Main Site to each:
Lake Thomas – 13 miles Union – 7.4 Miles Hermleigh – 22 miles
Question 3: Is there a set of plans for the fiber optic install (Handhole and duct system and fiber path)?
No. There aren’t any plans for the install. The hand holes and ducting are to be provided by the contractor, unless they have coordinated with existing Wired Telecommunication carriers to use the existing ducting that is in place now. The contractor that wins the contract would be required to provide the ducting and hand holes, if coordination is not approved by existing services.
