0001 AA. Bore Rig Mobilization. This line item shall be used to cover all costs related to mobilization of an equipment set necessary to perform Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). These costs may include general contract requirements, administration, and overhead shall be merged and included in the contract lump sum costs for "Bore Rig Mobilization". The cost of all insurance, permits, safety, fees, and licenses, shop drawings and samples, general administration and overhead, movement of equipment, tools, and other incidental work required for occupying the site and performing the work shall be merged and included in the contract lump sum price for " Bore Rig Mobilization." The Government will exercise every effort to keep the Bore Rig mobilization from one site to the next to a minimum distance. The Government will only pay for 1 mobilization per site.
