About this file
This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Lifeguard services issued by the Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command. The solicitation (FA462525Q1030) is a 100% small business set-aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561320 and a size standard of $34 million. The government seeks to procure 109 lifeguard service days, with quotes due on 16 May 2025 at 11:00 A.M. CST, to be submitted via email to specific Air Force contacts.
The basis of award will be a best value determination, first evaluating technical acceptability through a contractor's certification of meeting all Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Lifeguard Manual 2025 requirements, and then weighing the contractor's earliest start date and total price. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to one small business without discussions, though it reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed necessary. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), provide a narrative describing how they will meet solicitation requirements, specify their first available start date, and quote a complete contract execution price.
