This is a 100% Small Business set-aside procurement. The North American Industry

Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 and the Small Business Size

Standard is $36.5M. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to remove 85 percent of the rubber and paint build-up from 100 percent of the rubber covered and painted areas and apply white, black, yellow, and red pavement marking lines within the designated work areas on runway or taxiway airfield surfaces at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. The rubber and paint removal is to be completed without damage to the pavement surface, joints, and joint/crack seals, or any other government property. This will be a firm fixed price contract; Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option years. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 7 April 2015 on the FedBizOpps posting system at https://www.fbo.gov/.

No paper copies of the solicitation will be available.
