About this file

This is a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Memorandum for Record from the 90th Missile Wing of the Department of the Air Force, dated 20 February 2024, concerning a carpet replacement project at MAF's (Project Number: GHLN 25-0349). The document outlines strict information safeguarding requirements for potential contractors, including mandatory compliance with specific Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and completion of a basic cybersecurity assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).

To receive the project documents (Attachment 4 - CUI Drawings), vendors must first complete the NIST SP 800-171 basic assessment in SPRS, then request documents via email from specific Air Force personnel (2d Lt Shane Yurkus and Arthur Makekau). Contractors must agree to rigorous information protection protocols, including using cross-cut shredders for document destruction (1mm x 5mm particle size) and agreeing that the CUI materials will be returned with the contractor's proposal. The project will be managed by the F.E. Warren AFB Civil Engineer Squadron, with contact available at (307) 773-3046.
