VEHICLE CORROSION CONROL

TECHNICAL RESPONSE QUESTIONNAIRE

Source Selection Sensitive (when filled-out) IAW FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104

INSTRUCTIONS: For each sub-factor below, in the first table provide a detailed description of specific tasks performed for that sub-factor that correspond to your “Project References” 1, 2, 3. Use the reference table to provide at least one but up to three (3) references per sub-factor to support the experience claimed in the first table. [Reference Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Paragraph C.1.(a)].

Factor 1: Three (3) years of experience providing specific vehicle corrosion control tasks within the last three (3) years preceding the release of this request for proposal. Provide detailed information in performing each of the specific large vehicle corrosion control tasks described in sub-factors 1a through 1e inclusive of RFP Attachment 4. Provide reference(s) and contact information to support the experience claimed by offeror.

To Be Considered Technically Acceptable for Factor 1: The contractor’s responses evidence that the contractor has three (3) years of experience performing each of the specific maintenance tasks described in sub-factors 1a through 1e within the last three (3) years preceding the release of this request for proposal. References provided must support the experience claimed by offeror.

Sub-Factor 1a – Washing/Cleaning All Surfaces: At least three (3) years of experience performing the vehicle corrosion control task identified below within the last three (3) years preceding the release of this request for proposal. Use the narrative block in the first table to provide a detailed description of specific tasks (i.e. surfaces are free of foreign materials such as wax, dirt, dust, corrosion, etc.) performed for below item that corresponds to your referenced projects (i.e. ref. #1,2,3).

Factor 2: Teaming Arrangement Information (if applicable) – If your company is not performing ALL the work, you must explain the contemplated teaming arrangement. This includes, but is not limited to, the following types of teaming relationships: prime/sub-contractor, mentor/protégé, joint venture, etc. If a teaming arrangement is not applicable and ALL the work will be performed by your company as the prime contractor, please indicate N/A as your response.

To Be Considered Technically Acceptable for Factor 2: The contractor’s response provides sufficient information to determine whether or not the contactor contemplates a teaming arrangement and, if so, indicates the name of each teaming partner (i.e. subcontractor), identifies the tasks and the percentage of work to be performed by each party (i.e. prime and subcontractor), and provides sufficient information for the Government to determine that the offeror as a whole (i.e. prime/sub combined) has the ability to perform the requirements of this solicitation.

To Be Considered Technically Acceptable for Factor 3: The contractor’s response provides sufficient information to determine whether or not the contactor has access to facilities within 100 road miles of Vandenberg AFB, CA necessary to complete work described in attachment 1 Performance Work Statement. Any quote submitted by an offorer unable to perform services within 100 road miles of Vandenberg AFB will be determined techinally unaceptable.
