About this file

This is an Addendum to a Scope of Work for a door system maintenance and repair project at Building 6050 under solicitation FA460826QS005.

The scope encompasses six primary work tasks. Task 1 requires replacement of the crank limit switch on Door #1 to ensure proper operation and safety compliance. Task 2 mandates replacement of all limit switch assemblies and plungers for Doors 1 through 5, addressing a critical safety deficiency where current manual operation bypasses all safety mechanisms. Task 3 calls for replacement of all lifting belts on Doors 1 through 5 to restore operational integrity. Task 4 specifies comprehensive repair of Door #2's solid bottom panel, including replacement of upper and lower safety arrestors, rod assemblies, end plates, guide rail, and CLS limit switch, with fabric repair rather than complete replacement. Task 5 requires a complete factory-certified preventative maintenance service to ensure all doors operate in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Task 6 involves replacement of the mandoor limit. The work emphasizes safety compliance and restoration of proper door system functionality across multiple units.
