Question 6: Can you provide any additional salient characteristics for the furniture
Answer 6: a. Power: console power / grommet power (2x outlets/USB/CAT6)
b. Desk: Ability to house 6 CPUs (largest PC size will be D = 15.5″ x W = 7.5″ x H = 14.5″
[preferably off the floor so to not interfere with the user’s feet])
c. Desk: Cable management
d. Desk: Dual monitor mounting arms
e. Conf Table: power/data grommets
f. Straight desks: no storage
g. Printer credenza: w/min 6 pass thru grommets and storage
Question 7: We have all of the products that are you looking for except for the orange mesh back chair.
We have a task chair that has a mesh back, but it is only black. If that would be an option I could get a bid together for you.
Answer 7: Orange is the preferred color to match existing chairs, however, black will be considered.
Question 8: Is there a storage location for the furniture prior to the installation?
Answer 8: Not currently. Furniture will need to be installed upon delivery.
Question 9: Please confirm what type of power/data/IT connections are required in the table top and how many per table. (example - # of HDMI jacks)
Answer 9: On the tabletop specifically, there will be 5 power cords (2 monitors, 2 phones, 1 KVM), two display port cords that will run from monitor to KVM, 6 display port chords that run from PC (under desk) to the KVM, 2 LC Fiber lines for phones
Question 10: Please confirm that the cooling requirement listed in the scope is no longer required on the desk since the desk will be a freestanding desk in all applications except the 1 run in Room 1.
Answer 10: Correct. CPUs will be cooled by the surrounding air flow as they will not be in a solid enclosure. If the PCs are in a full enclosure, I would say fans are a requirement to keep them cool.
However, if the PCs are in open enclosures, such as a basket of sorts, that would not require additional cooling (example: https://inracks.com/control-room-furniture/summit-edge-console/)
Question 11: Due to the amount of pc/thin clients please advise on the size of the cpu.
Answer 11: Size of pc’s will vary, largest PC size will be D = 15.5″ x W = 7.5″ x H = 14.5″, but can be changed if too large.

Answer 13: Yes, the 3 desks are “floating” in the room and power will come from the back of the room. Furniture will accommodate 6-7 PC, multiple scanners, monitors, phones, etc.
