About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a federal contract opportunity related to a roof repair project at Offutt Air Force Base. The Q&A addresses two specific contractor inquiries: photography permissions during the site visit and base access procedures. Contractors are permitted to take photos during the 23 July 2025 site visit, with the strict restriction against photographing the flight line or any aircraft, even inadvertently in the background. For base access, contractors must complete the Section J Attachment 3, 55 SFS Contractor/Vendor NCIC Screening & Pass Request form by 21 July 2025. Day passes will be available at the USSTRATCOM gate's Visitors Center, which opens at 7:00 AM, and contractors must present a state-issued driver's license to obtain their pass.
