The contract is a new requirement with no incumbent contractor, supporting transportation between Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota and Camp Ripley, Minnesota. The contract is being solicited by the 5th Contracting Squadron under solicitation number FA4528-25-Q-TB01 for the Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command.

Questions for Charter Bus Contract

· The solicitation for the mentioned FRP does not state the need for GOPAX for military bus moves. Could please confirm if that is a requirement or not?

No requirement needed.

· I see the RFQ is for 225 passengers. Does the government have a desired quantity of buses to support the movement? Some units request the minimum number of buses necessary to support the passenger count, while others request a particular number of buses to ensure adequate luggage space, or some additional capacity should the group numbers increase for any reason.

Requesting 4 buses.

· Do you have an approximate end time for bus services needed on this Monday-Thursday?

Approximately 1800.

· I also wanted to confirm on that Monday - Thursday, will it be transportation the entire days or is it just pick up and drop off each day?

Transportation all day.

· We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?

· This is a new contract and there is no incumbent performing these services.
