Questions and Answers

Solicitation FA4528-23-Q-JL01

1.) The solicitation in section 2.4 indicates all electrical equipment brought into the LCEB or LCC must mee the strict requirements of Technical Order 21-M-LGM30G-12. Can you share that document or the pertinent sections with us please?

Due to the strict distribution requirements of the Technical Order, I ask that interested parties please send me and email for further information:

justin.loughrey@us.af.mil

2.) Please advise the current contract number in effect for this work.

FA452819PA085

3.) Please advise the name of the incumbent contractor presently performing this work.

The current contractor is JB Construction Services, LLC. Please advise that the owner has recently passed away, and his spouse is handling all business affairs. This is only shared out of respect for his family.

4.) Has a budgetary number or dollar estimate been established by the United States Air Force for the base year and all option years, and can you share that information with us please?

Due to the competitive nature of this requirement, the Government estimate is not information that will be shared.

5.) Will you be allowing any cleaning equipment into the LLCs and LCEBs?

Equipment will be allowed if authorized by PWS and T.O. Unless notified by the requiring activity that equipment is not authorized, per mission requirements at the time.

Additionally, the requiring activity states, “If the equipment is electronic and not on the list/in compliance with the -12, it cannot go below ground”.
