Site Visit Information

Solicitation: FA4528-23-Q-JL01

A site visit will be held tentatively on 17 November 2022, at a time that has yet to be determined, due to the fluctuations in mission requirements. Interested vendors shall meet at the 5th Contracting Squadron, 165 Missile Ave, Minot Air Force Base, not later than the later released time, and from there proceed together to the LCC Location. While Government personnel will be available at the site visit, vendors are cautioned that the only official questions and answers are those submitted in writing and posted to SAM.gov/incorporated by amendment to the solicitation. Vendors are required to submit all questions in writing to arrive no later than 10:00 AM Central Time on 22 November 2022; questions submitted after this date may not be answered. Attendance at the site visit is voluntary, however highly encouraged. All attendees are to always keep their ID on them during the site visit. All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be retained by the vendor.

*An amendment will be made to the solicitation when the exact time is recognized for the site visit on 17 November 2022. All vendors are responsible for securing their attendance to the site visit (see below), and any amendments made to the solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov*

IMPORTANT:

Please send an email to SSgt Justin Loughrey at justin.loughrey@us.af.mil and A1C Mayo Castro at karel.mayo_castro@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 AM CT, 02 November 2022 for those individuals who will be attending the site visit. Further documentation will be required and will need to be submitted using the DoD SAFE system, as the information required for attendance is personal and requires transmittal protection. The contracting officer or specialist will provide you with a link to upload the required information. DO NOT email the information below to any of the points of contact listed in the solicitation, as doing so will NOT grant you or other designated personal access to the site visit.

Required Information:

All civilians without Common Access Cards (CAC) should send the following info from their driver’s license:

- DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER

- STATE OF ISSUE

- FULL NAME EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS ON LICENSE

- EXPIRATION DATE

- DOB

- A PICTURE/SCAN OF THE FRONT OF THE LICENSE

Additionally, the following information is needed that is not found on your driver’s license:

- SECURITY CLEARANCE (if applicable)

- SSN
