1. Sheet A-101: In Rooms 06 and 07, Window Type note is correct.

Sheet A-202: Window Elevation #2, change window type to ‘Type 06, Verify’.

REVISED:

2. Change specification 23 09 23.13 20, paragraphs 1.3.b, 2.1.a and 2.1.4 to the following:

1.3 BACNET DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR HVAC DESCRIPTION

b. Provide a new DDC building controller and IP network connection to integrate the operation of the building's DDC controls with the operation of the base wide Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) by Johnson Controls Inc. Provide a shelf or counter near the building controller for the maintenance staff at the base to connect a laptop computer to the DDC system for access and have the ability to view the operation of the mechanical systems and make adjustments. The new DDC system shall be completely compatible and shall communicate with the EMCS system without the use of a gateway interface device.

2.1 DDC SYSTEM

a. Provide a networked DDC system for both stand-alone and base wide control in compliance with the latest revision of the ASHRAE 135 BACnet standard. Include all programming, objects, and services required to meet the sequence of control. Provide BACnet communications between the DDC system and native BACnet devices furnished with HVAC equipment and variable frequency drives. Devices provided shall be certified in the BACnet Testing Laboratories (BTL) Product Listing.

2.1.4 NOT USED, (NO Notebook Computer shall be provided.).
