Qty Unit Price Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to complete the renovation of the female latrines on the first floor of building 2216 of Joint Base MDL, NJ in accordance with the Statement of Work and
Drawings.

Total Price
The Government intends to issue a task order and is providing an opportunity to submit an offer in response to the requirement. All offers in response to this opportunity shall provide pricing detail and breakdown of all costs; to include, but not limited to a breakdown of the prime contractors labor, materials, direct and indirect cost, overhead and profit. If applicable, provide subcontractor costs (including evidence of subcontractor competition; breakdown of all material costs, labor costs, etc.).
