About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file addressing inquiries from prospective offerors regarding a carpet replacement RFP.

The RFP concerns carpet tile replacement for two buildings, specifically 24"x24" carpet tiles and cove base installation. Key clarifications provided include: site visit attendance is not mandatory for proposal submission; carpet tile specifications should reference the Whole Building Design Guide (www.wbdg.org); approximately 700 linear feet of cove base will be required across the two buildings; no floor plan of cubicles or furniture in the carpet replacement areas is available; and acceptable carpet tile specifications are to be sourced from the Whole Building Design Guide rather than being independently specified in the RFP.
