Attachment 3 Oral/Telecon Technical Pitch Parameters

1. Presentations will be presented via teleconference or in person. If selected to present, the contractor will be contacted by the Government (Per the SAPR ITO) to schedule a date and time to present. The presentation slides for the presentation should be sent to the Government with the other portions of the written technical proposal on 06 Aug 19. The first slide of the presentation should include contact information with a valid call-back phone number. Only slides submitted to 763 SCONS by the due date will be allowed to be used as presentation slides.

2. Setup/Presentation: The contractor will be given 20 minutes to present. No more than 20 slides are permitted. The contractor will be given 10 minutes to set up prior to the presentation start time. Once contractor is ready (if prior to the completion of the 10 minutes) the 20 minute timer will start or the Government will notify the contractor that their 10 minutes is up and that the 20 minute timer has started. The Government will base its evaluation only on the information presented in the Offeror’s proposal and information provided during questions and answers or discussions, if applicable. Any slide(s) not presented in the time given will not be considered in the overall evaluation. Two-way interaction with the Government is not to be expected during the 20 minute presentation time, however contractor will be given a “5 minutes remaining” alert at minute 15. This is to inform the contractor that their time will expire soon.

3. Caucus: The presentation will end once contractor has completed their presentation or once time has expired, whichever occurs first. If via telecon, the call will then end allowing the Government to caucus up to 15 minutes. After a 15 minute caucus, the Government will call the contractor back to begin the Q&A period. If it is a live presentation, the government will direct the contractor to a location within 763 SCONS to wait while the Government caucuses.

4. Q&A: Upon callback, Q&A period will commence (15 min). The contractor should be prepared to answer all questions to the best of their ability. If no additional information is needed by the Government, the contractor will be called back and notified that no additional follow up is necessary.

5. Conclusion: Oral/Telecon pitches conclude after 15 minute Q&A period.
